Established in 2021, our mission is reaching woman and children with the love of Jesus. Today, dedicated women’s and children’s ministries are established. Through outreach in schools, shelters, community centers and online in our programs Sisters Circle and lil’ Bible Believers.

LDM Ministries is dedicated to empowering women through faith and personal transformation by providing guidance and resources inspired by Lisa McConnell’s leadership.
The ministry focuses on spiritual growth, encouraging resilience, and promoting a deeper understanding of the Bible and God’s purpose for each woman. Becoming the Women of God, wives and mothers God created them to be. Creating homes filled with love, peace and joy for their families. Establishing a lasting legacy of faith in Jesus for their Children.
It is through community outreach, in person Bible studies and faith based online content we reach women for Jesus. As well as and online women’s group that offers Bible studies for spiritual development and community connection. LDM Ministries aims to inspire women to embrace their identity in Christ and confidently pursue their calling.

Children’s Ministry
At LDM Ministries, I believe that every child deserves to know the love of Jesus- and it’s my desire to make that possible! Through dynamic outreach programs in schools, churches, communities and online turning lessons into experiences where children laugh, learn and fall in love with the Bible and the gift of salvation.
Our goal is to ignite a passionate love for Jesus in each child, empowering them to become the ones who will transform their generation through a powerful revival. a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.
Outreach in Schools
Bringing the Bible to life in Schools! I help students experience God’s word in ways they love through interactive Bible studies, chapel services and afterschool programs. Every lesson is geared to helping kids learn and love the Bible.
Bible Studies
Lessons that help students understand scripture in a meaningful way with discussion, questions, memory verse activities and hands-on exercises that reinforce key Biblical truths.
Chapel Services
Our chapel services combine preaching and teaching of God’s word, worship and prayer- all designed to help children grow closer to God, deepen their faith and develop a personal relationship with Jesus.
After School Programs
Our outreach brings faith-filled afterschool programs directly to children. Through Bible lessons, memory verses, creative projects, activities and games I make God’s word exciting, memorable and applicable to their daily lives.

Outreach in Churches
Bringing Revival to your children’s ministry!
My heart is to ignite a passion for God in the hearts of children in churches through powerful preaching, teaching of the word, and prayer.
Faith-based games and activities- fun hands-on experiences memory verse games and interactive activities that reinforce Biblical truths and help memorize and apply God’s word.
The mission is to see children saved, set on fire for Jesus and empowered to bring revival to their generation.
I am an author, minister, podcaster, and leader dedicated to serving others. I am married to my longtime love, Mike, and together we are blessed with two amazing children, Lauren and Evan. In 2020, I became a licensed minister through Revival Ministries International, and in 2024, I was ordained alongside my husband, Mike. Since 2018, Mike and I have been faithfully serving our community together, committed to making an impact for Jesus.
Growing up, I did not know God or attend church, but in 2009, I gave my life to Jesus. His love radically transformed me, bringing healing and freedom that changed my entire life.
Today, my mission is to help other women and children experience the same love and freedom that can only come through Jesus Christ. When I’m not writing, preaching, or podcasting, I enjoy relaxing with cross-stitch embroidery and spending peaceful moments soaking up the sun at the beach with my family.
